This video first shows the Code Enforcement marking the tires to see if the car was moved. There is a one hour parking rule due to commuters who take the train parking their cars and leaving them all day long. I am a homeowner with no driveway and 4 cars. He marked the tires of three cars and returned only to ticket the cars I own. Lastly, you will see a Police Officer ticket the cars because of a no parking rule from 3:00 to 5:00 am. You will watch him ticket the cars I own and ignoring the car that is right behind mine. Today is 5/8/10 and this week alone I have received $225.00 in tickets. How can any average, hard working citizen afford to keep a roof over their family’s head and food on the table!!! This has been going on for 5 years.
